How to Request a Refund

Requests made after 30 days of the subscription start date
Subsequent billing periods — no partial period refunds
No partial refunds after 30 days. After the 30-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period — no future charges will occur after cancellation.
Cancellations vs. Refunds
A cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to the Service until that date. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
A refund reverses a charge that has already been made. To receive a refund, you must request one explicitly within the 30-day window.

Exceptional Circumstances
We evaluate requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Situations we consider include extended platform outages, billing errors, or accidental duplicate charges. Processing Timeline
Once we initiate a refund:
- Stripe processes the refund immediately on our end
- Your bank or card issuer typically credits funds within 5–10 business days
- Some international banks may take up to 14 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe when the refund is issued
